The SER Amigos de SER Business Recognition Luncheon is held each Fall to bring together its partners and celebrate
SER Metro-Detroit’s successes and the achievements of former students. The event also serves as a fundraiser for SER Metro
Detroit, its only such event of the year.
Over the years, SER Metro Detroit’s Amigos de SER Luncheon has grown from some 200 guests to one of the city’s largest civic
events, gathering over 1,000 representatives from all sectors: corporate, education, government, non-profit, and community.
The annual event also includes a full scale job fair in the morning.
A highlight of the SER Metro-Detroit Luncheon is the recognition of a select group of individuals who have made great strides
through SER programs. The event also highlights some of the major accomplishments of the SER Corporation during the year
and more importantly, provides SER with an opportunity to bring all of its Amigos together in a fun, festive environment and
thank them for a year of support.
