Regional Energy Efficiency Partnership Training Program (REEPTP): This program coordinates several partnerships – Wayne County Community College District, Detroiters Working for Environmental Justice, Labor Unions such as IBEW, DEJATC, and MLTAI to provide combined academics with green occupational skills training, on the job training, employment and apprenticeship opportunities, and support services.
This unique partnership of organizations creates a pipeline of skilled workers for alternative energy job opportunities and is funded by the Department of Labor, Employment and Training Department.
CWF Acts as an umbrella to wraparound a variety of services that can help working families get ahead by improving their financial situation on a long term basis.

Program Overview:
SER Metro-Detroit, in affiliation with SER National’s Coaching to Care initiative, is thrilled to introduce Virtual Care Network (www.vcn.org), a Web site that uses technological tools and a personalized “coaching” approach to facilitate career exploration in the healthcare industry. Coaching to Care offers unemployed and underemployed individuals the ability to discover, prepare for and obtain employment in healthcare occupations using comprehensive career enhancement software, web-based educational resources and one-on-one career coaching.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that four million new healthcare jobs will be generated between 2008 and 2018. Aligning with this trend, Coaching to Care offers unemployed and underemployed individuals the ability to discover, prepare for, and obtain employment in healthcare occupations using comprehensive career enhancement software, web-based educational resources, and one-on-one career coaching.
