SER Metro-Detroit is excited and pleased to announce that we were chosen as one of 6 Detroit nonprofit organizations to become a part of Detroit4Detroit, A Citizen Effect Project!   SER was recommended and chosen as a partner because our inspiring work in education and training is an integral part of the community-driven initiatives meeting the basic needs of local residents. 

As a Detroit4Detroit partner, SER will work with Citizen Effect and select 10 small program projects.  These projects will be posted on the Detroit4Detroit website and available for citizen philanthropists to choose and commit to fundraise project funds.  Our first projects are for the SER YouthBuild Construction Institute and the SER Center for Working Families.  Read more about these projects at http://www.detroit4detroit.org/
